My favorite restaurant of all time. Hands down. Their food, service, and ambiance are top notch.

I had a fantastic dining experience at Bourbon steak house The steak was cooked perfectly--tender, juicy, and full of flavor. The tuna tartare was fresh and well-seasoned, while the salmon was equally impressive, flaky and delicious. The sides were also a standout. The spinach was well-prepared, not overly seasoned, allowing its natural flavors to shine, and the broccoli had the perfect balance of tenderness and crunch. Overall, great food and a wonderful atmosphere. I'd definitely wont return Service was great from the hostess and servers I came fora birthday celebration. Cocktails were refreshing. Only thing that was good was the manager went and greeted all tables except ours. It seemed our presence was not of his liking.

I was a little hesitant because their prices are really high, but I was thoroughly impressed. The overall experience was very pleasant. The staff is very kind and easy to talk to, I didnt get the impression anyone hated their job. Our waiter was amazing, I wish I remembered his name. The ambiance is very classy/upscale, but not to the point you have to dress up; it's still family oriented. The food itself was delicious! I felt they cooked everything well and incorporated many different flavors. I love that they give a fry flight instead of basic bread. The duck spring rolls are TOP NOTCH and a must in my opinion. We did order the Lobster pot pie and it's HUGE. I don't think the pictures do it justice but it's a 2lb lobster plus veggies. Normally when you pair truffle and lobster it's just an excuse to charge up the hole, but this was actually well done. Will definitely be back and love that they offer happy hour. There's valet parking for 20$ or free parking in the garages.

We had an excellent meal at Bourbon Steak while celebrating my brother's 40th birthday. It was the perfect spot for a special occasion dinner. I had the lamb chops, and my brother enjoyed the wagyu surf and turf--both were fantastic. A big part of what made our experience so enjoyable was our server, Rebecca. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive, with a great sense of humor that added to the evening. Her service truly elevated the meal. The restaurant also went out of its way to make my brother's birthday extra special, surprising him with a card signed by the entire staff--a thoughtful touch we really appreciated. The potato purée was unbelievably good, and since I was feeling a bit tired, I ordered an espresso martini, which was excellent. Bourbon Steak exceeded our expectations, and I would definitely return for another special occasion.

I celebrated my birthday here and it was amazing! Their steak is premium! We had cowboy rib eye. It was tender, juicy, and savory (you wouldn't need sauce). We also had the classic Caesar, and the half roasted mary's chicken. Our server, Matt took care of us so if you want to visit and try Bourbon Steak at Glendale, Matt will definitely take care of you. We had complementary sparkling wine and a birthday treat that comes with a mini ice cream cone. My husband ordered old fashion and I got an expresso martini. The service is superb, staff are welcoming (it is expensive but you won't feel intimidated) the interior is intimate and beautiful. The toilets are clean, neat, and organized. Everyone is just accommodating! Dining Experience is definitely recommended!

This may be my favorite restaurant. The old fashion, the three different seasoned fries with different sauces, the steak, wine.. A1! Servers are always warm and welcoming.. So nice I might come up with a secret handshake next visit with all of them like an NBA team. I like the mood lighting in there, makes it feel sexy af! Recommend this to those out of town friends that come to LA ready to bash our food scene.

Ordered: - Steak Tartare (5/5): Just a solid take on tartare. We also liked that it came with waffle cut chips! - Brussels Sprouts with Miso Caramel (5/5): nice balance of acidity with the basalmic vinegar and a slight kick of spice. - Prime Delmonico Rib Eye (3/5): This cut was a lot leaner than we expected for rib eye and as a result was pretty chewy, despite us ordering it medium rare. For the price, we were expecting much more so we were a bit disappointed. Overall (4/5): On top of our order we were served complimentary fries which was super fun as there were three different combinations of fries and dipping sauce pairings. Also, we got free sparkling strawberry soda and a nicely hand drawn card as we were celebrating an anniversary. Service was top tier and they helped us take photos too. It was a bit noisy but still loved it for a date vibe with a beautiful interior. Unfortunately the we weren't very impressed by the rib, but we'd still come back for the happy hour menu which looked delicious!

On New Year's Eve, I treated myself to their set meal, priced at $150 per person plus tax, and it was worth every penny. The portions were generous, and I instantly fell in love with the fries from the starter crispy, flavorful, and paired with a variety of delicious sauces. These fries were a pleasant surprise, especially since they usually don't stand out at other restaurants. Their signature onion soup is a must-try . It's unique and flavorful. And then there's the steak, an absolute highlight of the meal. Cooked to perfection with excellent quality meat, it was juicy, tender, and expertly grilled. The portions were so large we couldn't finish everything. To top it all off, the dessert was incredible, decadent and the perfect ending to the meal. The restaurant's service was excellent, and the festive atmosphere added to the experience. The interior had a fresh and inviting vibe, making the evening even more enjoyable. Having visited this restaurant several times, I can confidently say it's a gem. If you haven't been yet, I highly recommend giving it a try!

We had to push back our reservation for 4 a couple times because we got tied up in a fancy store (Tiffany's) at the Caruso Signature plaza. Our server, Nick, made our entire dining experience here so memorable. It was a special dinner with the cousins and Nick took great care of us. The restaurant itself was nicely, dimly lit which set the mood for a serious and delicious meal! One of the cousins is pregnant so she wasn't able to have the Ceasar salad since it had raw egg but Nick brought us truffle bread which was unassumingly DELICIOUS. Pregnant cousin devoured that as well as her chicken plate. I enjoyed my rib eye cap prepared medium. Other cousin enjoyed her lamb chops, and other cousin enjoyed her NY strip steak prepared medium. For sides we had the mushrooms, and truffle Mac & cheese. Everything was SO GOOD! We didn't have space for dessert but I'm certain I'll be back real soon so I'll give desserts a try then. We enjoyed a couple old fashioned, and mock tails. Classy vibes and a great place for catching up with a group of family/friends. Thanks again, Nick & staff for your hard work and excellent service.
